COMPANY POLICES: WARRANTIES/ RETURNS/ ORDER CANCELATIONS / PAYMENT/ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

WARRANTY
- The warranty offered by Microside Corp. is limited to the warranty offered by
   the original product manufacturer, except in extraordinary cases when the
   the product being sold is explicitly beyond the warranty of the original manu-
   facturer and the warranty is exclusively given by Microside Corp., and stated
   on the body of the Invoice printed at the time of the sale.
- Warranties will only be honored upon the presentation of the original Invoice,
proof of purchase. No warranties or RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization
number will be given without the presentation of the original invoice.

RMA
- RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) numbers will only be
issued to customers that have the original invoice or copy, proof of pur-
chase.
- Microside Corp., has the obligation to process defective merchandise as
efficiently as possible and is not responsible for the return delay by the
original manufacturer and or distributor. Returns in rare instances and
depending on circumstances up to 60 days.
- Microside Corp., however will always attempt to resolve the exchange or
repair in the shortest time possible.
- Products with physical damage will not be accepted and returned "AS
RECEIVED".
- Memory modules with labels, except for original labels will carry as "label
removal fee of US$ 0.50/label

RETURNS
- Product returns will only be accepted up-to, and not beyond 10 days from
the date of purchase with presentation of original invoice.
- Products returned after the 10 day grace period, in perfect conditions and
in original, and not opened original packaging will pay a 15% return fee.
- Products without defect, however, with opened original packaging will
not be accepted for return.

ORDER CANCELATIONS
- Order cancellation will only be accepted prior to shipping.
- Should cancelled order include "specific product purchased for specific
customer, cancellation will not be authorized.

DOMESTIC PAYMENTS
- All domestic payments in the United States may be in the following form:
- CASH: Acceptable with correct documentation. Be informed that Microside
Corp. will prepare U.S. Government Form 8300 for all Cash transactions.
Purchases superior to US$ 10,000 will not be divided into 2 or more in-
voices in order to violate USA laws relative to structuring.
- Company Check: Nominal Check paid to Microside Corp., origin of check
must be from the purchasing company.In some cases delivery of merchan-
dise will only be authorized after clearing of funds/
-WIRE TRANSFERS: Must be sent to the account of Microside Corp.,and must
include the following information: Name of Sender, INVOICE Number, rela-
tive to payment and if possible should state for COMPUTER PARTS. Wire
transfers without the above requested information will not be accepted.
Microside Corp., may also include a US$ 15.00 wire transfer fee charged
ny our bank for all incoming wire transfers.
-TERMS: For customer with approved credit line, by our Accounts Receiv-
